Life Style: My ride or die...

My Son

My son is by far the best thing to enter my life! If you're a parent, you probably feel the same about your child/children. When I first became a parent everything felt right and natural. "Easy breezy!", I thought. It wasn't until he started going to daycare, I realized how easily I could loose control of my little buddy. In life I've never been ok with letting go of things, so letting my son become his own person was not the easiest thing to do. All my decisions revolve around him from "what's for dinner" to "where are we going on vacation". He's number 1, 2 and 3! Seeing him grow up has been pure happiness to me. I always try to do my best with him, as I'm sure any mother does. My whole life, I tried to do things the right way. Obey my parents, be a loving sister, college, career, marriage and child. And in that order!  #ScrappysMom #guiltypleasure #trashTV #whonottobelike #JesusForgives We are only  human and all though we plan with good intentions, things do not always turn out the way we invisioned (that would be the marriage part of my journey...in lack of a smoother way to throw it in there), but God is good and he always has a better plan than us.

Raising him to be faithful, successful and a stand up guy is the most important thing in my life. This little guy is kind, thankful, strong, sensitive, innocent, smart, understanding and always happy. You can see his bubbly personality shine through his eyes. I am grateful that God has given me the strength and grace to raise this AMAZING kid. Yes, I'm proud! Who wouldn't be?! He definitely is my partner in crime (of course we do not commit any crimes).
