No-dress code is the best code. I love to play around with clothes, so when told there is no professional dress code, and by professional I mean ill fitting pantsuits a'la "the 90's I get excited to say the least. It's always great to be able to incorporate a blazer when going for something along the lines of these mint green jeans. It's all about balance...and keeping your job of course. You don't want to offend anyone. Mixing the work look with a fashion piece is the best way of staying true to your own style while still respecting the company look.
